🚪Regina campus After-Hours Entry (After 6:00 PM): Please park by the theatre doors and call 306-206-2182 when you arrive. Your student therapist will come meet you and let you into the mall.

💲 Pricing Information:

• $39 + tax (online or in-person bookings)
• $45 + tax (phone bookings only)

🕒 Before Your Appointment:

• Appointments are 60 minutes (includes consent, assessment & home care)
• First visit? Please arrive 10–15 minutes early
• One appointment per day per client (no back-to-back bookings)
• Each client must have their own individual profile

🩺 Health Reminder: For everyone’s safety, please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household:

• Has cold or flu-like symptoms

⏱️ Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Less than 24 hours: 50% of treatment cost
• No-show: 100% of treatment cost

As a teaching clinic, cancellations and no-shows impact students’ ability to complete their hands-on training. Thank you for helping support their learning.
